All the McFall crew members seemed to care about their work and wanted to do things right. The project manager Lane Turner was responsive, patient, honest, and trying to help above and beyond throughout the process. He was the soul of the project (and I hope he will become a partner of the company instead of simply an employee). The tile person and the cabinet guy were the best in their trades. The painters Shawn and Dustin were meticulous and friendly. After their work, I felt that hiring anybody else would have been a downgrade. McFall use top-quality subcontractors, for example, Central State Glass, Magma Granite & Marble, and FD Tile. Ceiling was opened, and replacement insulation was 50% R rating of the debris insulation. Tar type residue in various places on white roof and a stone walkway. Rolls, ripples, bubbles, and ridges on cap. Permit was pulled for a completely different job, and job was called "finished" based on the unrelated inspections. The company manager stated the product was warranted to 120mph (it's 54mph). The product warranty was also shorter than represented and might be void based on the fsilure to follow installation instructions."
