"The guys that worked the move were very nice and hardworking so all I can say about that is just keep doing a good job and stay sharp at all times, fatigue can really play into a move and carelessness can result in damage and dinged up walls, doors, furniture etc.  
The largest flaw with my move was with the fact that they did not have enough supplies to perform my move in the manner I expected. This resulted in some damaged surfaces on furniture items.   
They ran out of blankets so items that should have been wrapped were scraped by dolly's or from exposure to other ruff items/surfaces. 
It is the responsibility of the moving companies staff to manage their resources and to ensure they have adequate supplies prior to performing a move to prevent damage to a customers goods.  These guys had their supplies removed from the truck by another working crew but performing a check prior to coming my way would have saved me the damage.  
I have had bad moving experiences in the past and this was just another one where my stuff ended up getting damaged even after I expressed this fear to the owner.  I really wish this one had gone a little better. 
Again the guys were great and the damage wasn't really known to me until after the move and I started moving things into place and noticing the stuff.
