My story/experience: My dog, for whatever reason, decided that a portion of my couch would make a wonderful chew toy and much to my chagrin he ate about 1/4 of one side of it. After a days worrying about it I finally decided to at least get an estimate for it's repair, before I broke out the duct tape... you know. Fortunately I noted that Assis was located relatively close to my house and so I decided to give them a call. Much to my surprise he, Assis, said he would come by the house later THAT DAY for an estimate. He was true to his word and came by and gave the couch the once over. He indicated that he would be able to repair it and after we agreed upon a price, which I felt to be most reasonable, and he informed me that there was a chance that he might have some matching material in stock and if he did he would call me right back. Once again he was true to his word and within 15 minutes he called me and informed me that he had the material and asked if I would like him to come over and fix the couch now. I was stunned by his offer and gratefully accepted his proposal. He returned to the house and started working on the couch. He finished not long after and I must confess had I not seen the damage to the couch beforehand I never would have noticed where the repair was. It was a great job, performed in a phenomenally quick time by a jovial and highly competent craftsman and all done at a very attractive price. I would unequivocally recommend this company without ANY reservations. It was a sincere pleasure doing business with Assis Reupholstery."
