"I saw Gerry's reviews online and needed help with both installing a scmartlock, but also assisting in fixing the rent strike plate opening to allow the smart lock to close easily. I initially sent a message on Angie's list messaging and he quickly responded. He was good about responding through this means in a very timely manner. The day of the appointment he texted me with and ETA. After explaining the issue with the door and the deadbolt having trouble closing (unless you pull the door in slightly) and giving him the new smart lock, he began work. He was focused and did a great job. I would hire him again if I needed locksmith type work done."

"Had a front door lock that’s been sticking for a long time. The last locksmith I hired “fixed” it but the fix only worked for about a week. Got A-Best Locksmith through Angi. Gary came out the same day I contacted him. It took him a very short time to figure out the problem and fix it. I am sooooo glad to finally be able to lock and unlock my door easily! Highly recommend A-Best. Responsive, professional, know what they’re doing, and their price is very reasonable!"

"Danny the owner came first to see the job and show me different options I could install. After exposing my concerns he made some suggestions. He then told me what the costs of the parts and labor would be. I felt his prices were fair on parts and although his labor was a little higher, I was reminded that he is a certified locksmith and is bonded and insured. After that I was so glad that I choose his company to do this job! I would highly recommend his company always better to be safe with a reputable company"

"Came out and assessed problem.  Tried to fix it, but too old.  Suggested I go online to see if could find replacement parts; if not call them back and they would put in new lockset.  There were no longer parts available so I called them again and they came out with a new modern lockset and replaced.  Everything went well and gets A's in all categories except price.  I honestly have no idea if good price or not since I have this done rarely.  I  just did not like paying so much, but was just pleased everything worked out well without any hassles.  I might also add last locksmith that came via Angie's list said he did not have parts to replace and suggested I go to Home Depot and wanted nothing more to do with me.

"Full marks. 11/10. They called me about 30 seconds after I posted the job on Angi, and they were at the house about 25 minutes after I posted the job. That was great, considering we locked the keys in the car WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING! D’oh! He was inside the car in about 3 minutes, so the whole problem was fixed with 30 minutes of posting the job. If that wasn’t enough, the locksmith made us a spare key to replace the one we lost. Doesn’t get better than this."

"I hired this company to provide and install a digital lock on my front door. They did a very good job however they did not offer to program any of the lock's features. It took two men 1 1/2 hours. It probably would have taken me 1 1/2 days and then would to have called a locksmith. Also, they showed up one hour late without calling."

Caraballo called me immediately and scheduled a technician to come out right after 8, without charging the emergency repair rates. The technician quickly took the lock apart, found the broken piece and fixed it, all in time for me to get to work at my regular time! Great job! Thanks!!"
