I initially sent a message on Angie's list messaging and he quickly responded. He was good about responding through this means in a very timely manner. The day of the appointment he texted me with and ETA. After explaining the issue with the door and the deadbolt having trouble closing (unless you pull the door in slightly) and giving him the new smart lock, he began work. He was focused and did a great job. I would hire him again if I needed locksmith type work done."

He was extremely conscientious asking for a baggie in which to place the hardware and when he finished, he made a point of letting me know to keep track of the piece that keeps the shed stable. He cautioned that the piece is often lost during moving. I so appreciated this! He finished the project so promptly and offered to disassemble anything else in preparation of the movers.
