He replaced the siding with 3 layers of waterproofing and a beautifully finished stucco. He leveled all walls, ceiling and floor and refinished them beautifully. He repaired 3 levels of roofing and upgraded with silicone. He then meticulously replaced the floor with LVP (vinyl planks) He will replace the remaining floors and renovate the bathroom next!
