Overall, the job was well done & price was very reasonable. Paid attention to detail such as caulking the seams of my Hardie board siding. After painting they looked like new. Also touched up painting of address number on house. I'm pleased with final results.

Luis was fantastic, very professional, meticulous and accommodated all our needs. He painted the span of our home's exterior fascia, soffit, lanai ceiling and doors. Our roofline looked old, was chipped, peeling and required extra labor/materials, and Luis did it all for a reasonable price. He ensured the old was removed, the wood prepped, then applied multiple coats using high quality, Sherwin William's Durable paint. Luis worked hard, was very prompt, and courteous during all communications and we highly recommend his company.

I'm a very thorough, detailed-oriented customer. I have no problem paying good money for services, but I expect top-notch workmanship when I do. PPR delivered through and through. From the bidding process, which was 9 companies deep, Luis at PPR won me over with their attention to detail, willingness to meet my exacting standards, follow-up on emails in a timely manner, and their very competitive pricing. Then came the prep work. Alberto and Moses arrived timely every day and were very thorough and efficient. From the pressure washing, trenching, taping, etc. Everything was done methodically and with care. I didn't have one damaged bush/tree. Then came the painting. They sprayed and back-brushed the entire exterior project. These gentleman are quite talented. Their attention to detail, and willingness to make adjustments to my request were simply a breath of fresh air. When there was a bit of miscommunication on one area, it was quickly remedied within 5 minutes, and there were no complaints. The quality of work didn't drop and neither did their professionalism. 5 days later, I have a remarkably painted home, stained pool deck and Lanai, and my studio/shed are simply awesome. All purchased paint was left onsite and everything was cleaned up. PPR is my choice in painting company for any projects moving forward. They should be yours as well. Tip them well. It was very good. I liked the fact that they got me a quote within 24 hours and they were very professional the way they interact.

Alberto came to our house and inspected it and gave us a reasonable price. We also had other quotes from other companies and PPR gave us the best quote, which is why we decided to stick with them. From the start, PPR was very prompt and professional. They responded to my messages in a timely manner and reassured me of their quality of work. Alberto started working on a Monday and pressure washed the house and fix the ceiling. Afterwards, he painted and it took until Thursday to finish up everything.
