"Initially, Solutions Concrete was one of the best companies I have dealt with. They came out the same day to give a quote, were patient and understanding when we had to change project details, and were quick to respond and happy to answer questions. However, as soon as we tried to plan a day to have the foundation poured, everything changed. I was told (on a Wednesday) that they would let me know if they would be out the same day or the next day. I never heard anything back (despite calling several times). On Monday, I was able to speak to someone. However, I had to go over the project details again. We discussed days and agreed on Wednesday. However, no one ever came out and I never received a call to confirm/reschedule. I tried calling, texting, and sending a message through Angi, but no one ever responded. Overall a frustrating and disappointing experience."

"This company did work for my neighbor. They ran a bobcat tractor through my yard without permission. They tore up my yard and damaged my sprinkler system. I contacted the owner multiple times with pictures. He confirmed via text messages and phone calls he would take care of it. This has been ongoing since July and I am done with this situation and being ignored. Do not trust this company, they will not make good on their mistakes, and they will lie and delay until you go away."

"I had a sewer blockage and they came to give me an estimate. They also used some kind of scanning device to find a leak. The tore out a tree and dug a trench where they said the leak was. There was no evidence of any leak. Everything was totally dry. However, in digging the hole they broke the pipe so I had to have them fix that. I am 76 years old and these guys took advantage of me. They had me over a barrel because it was late in the day and unless I let them fix it then I would have been without water or toilet. They pressured me to get the job done. They did not even have the part. This is a fly by night company. They had to go to Home Depot to get a simple connector that any plumber would have had in their truck. And then they stuck me for $2500 which I paid. I didn't want any trouble. But now I've changed my mind. They can't be allowed to prey on Senior Citizens. I've reported them to BBB but that's a waste of time. I think that since they created a problem where there was none, I should get all of my $2500 back."
