That is why I rated the value vs. cost less than 5 stars. It is not the contractors fault, but, it has raised the cost of pretty basic services, Iâ m not blaming the contractors for charging $2000 for a basic water heater/ install! The work was done as scheduled and all is good on their part."

Professional, polite, worked straight through without breaks, even during a tropical storm! Unbelievable workmanship and quality, went above and beyond the scope of work to install a backyard french drainage system, reconfigured sprinklers and downspouts, regraded the yard, professionally transplanted large bushes to make yard more appropriately graded then resodded and mulched the entire yard to make it healthier and more aeathetically appealing. His partner and his son arrived on time to replace our gas water heater. They were courteous, professional, and very thorough. During the installation, they discovered an unexpected leak at the main water line and were able to take care of that for us as well. They even made several trips to Home Depot to get the parts they needed, and they cleaned the garage completely before leaving. Brandon continued to keep me informed afterward regarding the permit and inspection, and the final inspection passed without any issues.
