I called and the owner personally came to give me an inspection and estimate. Turns out I had large amounts of bat guano all over my attic which had caused a huge, smelly mess. They vacuumed and cleaned the attic and replaced my old insulation with blown insulation. They sealed up my gable vents to prevent any re-entry. They also replaced some rotten wood in another outside area of my house which could have possibly been used as an animal entry point, and they painted the wood.
