"Received a quote from a salesman at APS. Once we signed the contract and scheduled a day for the work to be done, we were "ghosted" by the salesman. I had emailed with questions about the job and no one emailed me back. After a week or two I contacted the company (APS) and was told the salesman had not shown back up for work, but no one at APS had bothered to let me know what was going on. I was told that if we wanted to cancel our contract, we would receive a refund. After many weeks, we received a check for only 1/2 of our deposit. I couldn't believe that under circumstances, beyond our control, APS would not try to make it right and issue a full refund for our deposit. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the horrible service I received from APS."

There is the yearly treatment ($325 I think?) and then the quarterly throughout the year ($60.00) I did a lot of research on services and companies in the area and I can't say enough good things about them. On a side note about termite inspections for selling/buying a house...no one has to be home unless it's specifically ordered by the owner of the property that they do."

Also expensive - about $500 for a job that took literally 15 minutes - about $80 of that was for the plastic cap they put over the soffit.
