I an writing this review to describe what your should experience could be like if you do business with Prefered Pools and Pavers. Just like any contractor, they will promise the world, yet the result from those promises will cost you a fortune later on. In addition to the paver patio I paid to have installed, I also hired them to install a drain for the downspouts as well as applying a Sealent on the pavers after the work was laid down. The result of the lack of sealent is weeds and grass growing between the pavers. The growth is thick enough to trim with a lawn mower. Dan knows what they did not follow through with their promises, and 2 years after they walked off the project, the work is still not done. The two mistakes that I will take ownership of is 1. Paying them the balance of the project before it was completed. 2 Hiring Prefered Pools and Pavers for this project. Lesson learned!

Did an excellent job and it looks great!

Pavers near driveway apron started separating after about 1à ½ years. Pavers started growing weeds in between after a year. Some pavers don't match due to them not ordering enough and supply issues. Dan did not stand behind his work.

The most incredible crew arrived on time at 7am and left at 5pm and the installation was one day. The demo was also completed in one day as well, it was a total of a two day project. I am extremely pleased and I also received a letter from my HOA complimenting the work that was done.

I highly recommend Dan, his quality of work is great. Very receptive to feed back, answer phone calls and applies to text messaged promptly!

Easy to get a hold of, responsive, returns phone calls, constant communication. If something is not right or there is something wrong the job gets fixed no questions asked.

This dude was awesome! If you knew the process we had to go through, you would know how great he was! I would recommend him to everyone who needs pool or paving work. Dann is a very honest, true to his word, professional, with a lot of integrity. My parents had 5 other people come give us quotes, one of which attempted to grossly overcharge us. I flew home, searched on Angi, and within 5 minutes of my search, Dann called, scheduled an appointment to accommodate my needs. He prioritized our job, he sent his crew out, who did an amazing job in the matter of 7 days. He followed through on everything he promised. You don't find pros like Dann often!

Dann was very responsive even during material shortages and he did a great job helping us find a substitute material. It was done very neatly and very cleanly.

Incredible, Excellent communication, they did the job they quoted and more, they were thorough, cleanup, profession, timely, and hardest working group I have ever seen. Even neighbors commented on it. I cant say enough about Dan and preferred pools. I highly recommend them.
