Planning such a project doesn't come without disruptions, of course, but the GSCI team and their sub-contractors were always considerate when on site and ensured upon leaving each day to have the area cleared of garbage, hazards, and the gates secured. Communication is an important part of any project and this is an area GSCI excelled. They were available when requested, timely with returning phone calls, emails, or texts. When an unexpected issue came up they actively solved the problem, with our input, quickly and efficiently. "I?m a veteran and first responder who signed a contract with Perfect Pools in August 2023, hoping to get a pool installed for rehab after an injury I sustained during deployment. I was told we?d be swimming by Spring 2024. Fast forward to May 2025, and I?ve had enough. After months of delays, inspection failures, and complete lack of communication, I?ve decided to hire someone else to finish the job. The first red flag was when it took them 6 months to get the permits approved, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then, they got the design wrong, and it?s still wrong. On top of that, we paid a full draw for a screen enclosure and a new elite roof, but didn?t receive the new roof, and they still insisted we pay the full amount. Against my better judgment, we did, with the promise of a credit at the end of the project which never came. Full review on Google."
