They keep you abreast of all progress throughout each step, ensuring your satisfaction. They use quality products, from well know vendors that you get to touch, and often take home samples to compare and design. There was never any pressure to get what we didn't want, or to purchase more expensive products. I am extremely happy with our new pool. We waited seven months to write this review, to ensure that the pool was still up to our standards, and it's just as amazing as the first day.
