"David Hall was very polite and professional in the phone. First day the guys were late arriving. The brother of David Hall asked me to sign authorization to pack and move our belongings. My first big mistake was not reading the form. Towards the end of the day I noticed they were skipping over items in closets and leaving them and miving on to something else. The gentleman in the kitchen did a really good job wrapping my dishes. Unfortunately he left an entire cabinet of Pyrex that was found the next day by the cleaning crew. The 2nd day was horrible, only 2 guys showed up, they didn't want to be there. I had to keep pointing out what they were missing, one of the items was a huge fan that is over 5ft tall that was on the back porch. The guy looked me straight in the face and said he didn't see the fan...Really?? Tiny was the other guy who kept complaining about my husband not wanting to throw things away. I had told him that many of the items he was pointing to belonged to my father in law who just passed away and my husband was not ready to do anything with them. He just kept on complaining. They started putting things in our vehicles instead of the truck. Tiny kept saying they had no way to secure anyrhing else. They closed up the back of the truck and left. The cleaning crew found multiple items that were left behind. I called the owner and he did offer to come pick up my things and he would take them to the new house. When I told him the guys left without much notice he told me that his brother did a walk through with me which was a lie. After I had been in the new home a couple months I started unpacking my mother's China from World War 2 which I had packed myself. Most of it was broken along with my heart. When I called David Hall to report it he said that the contract I signed states they won't be responsible for items they didn't pack. Like I said I didn't read the paper I signed so that's on me. The brother didn't say a word to me about the China not being packed by them. He was just too lazy to repack it. So David Hall did not offer any type of consideration for the broken China. Moral if the story... Read before you sign ANYTHING."
