"From water in my house, due to Hurricane Milton, and the discovery of cracks on the exterior of my concrete block house â ¦ to a week of digging, grinding, cementing, and waterproofing the slab, the interior walls of two rooms, and fixing cracks in the exterior walls of my house, this was quite an experience! We talked a bit and he made an appointment for the next week. He kept me informed by text as to his arrival time and arrived when he said he would. He told me what the company would do and sent a contract to me which I signed. I was given a start date and it never changed. The work that was done by the team that arrived was what he said would happen. How incredibly refreshing that a company actually did what they say they would do in the timeframe that was set. Thank you again. I hope I am never in the position to need this companyâ s services again. ð But, for anyone else out there who is, I donâ t believe you could do much better than Advanced Environmental Services. Michael Lane has been out to my house several times to measure and answer all of my questions.     However, since the work has not yet been done, Ii really can't "finish" this story at this time.     I feel confident that he will do a good job and that I'll be pleased, but the jury is still out at this time.

The job was completed in June of 2013, and I was absolutely DELIGHTED!    All of the new windows and doors are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!     Plus, the resulting noise reduction in my house is unbelievable.

I had a few minor issues, but Michael took care of them to my complete satisfaction.   

In the highly unlikely case that I'd buy another house that needed windows and doors, I would absolutely hire him again and, if I happen to learn of anyone looking for these services, I would recommend him "hands down" above anyone else.   He is a really good guy -  very honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
