"I needed service immediately. They said someone could be at my home in two-four hours. While the repairman was some twenty minutes late arriving, he did call to let me know he would be a little late and to make sure I was okay with it. He completed the work rather quickly while explaining what he was doing. System working fine now. I'm very satisfied."

"Merckle plumbing installed my well and septic tank. They did wonderful, they are fast and knowledgeable. Never had a problem out of it. They have also diagnosed and fixed my A/C issues. They put it in words I could understand and offered several solutions. Would definitely call again!"

He called immediately and was very helpful just by speaking with him on the phone, and was very knowledgeable. No less important, his quote was less than the other guys, and more in line with what the job should have cost. He didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. He was just honest and his quote was fair. When he arrived, he was very personable and genuinely nice.
