We are a small company with 3 full time employees. We specialize in all types of service calls. We do not have a trip charge or service fee, we work strictly by the hour. Additional contact name - James Elliott. Award winning .

"Contracted to replace the outdated plumbing with PEX in my new home. Cost $7000 for a few hundred dollars worth of material and a couple of days worth of work. NUMEROUS problems with the install. -Ran the new lines over AC ductwork without a care to what should have occurred. Had to remove and rework the AC ductwork so the air conditioning wasn't so restricted. - Destroyed the interior of my cabinets under the sinks to run the lines. Never fixed. - Destroyed the drywall running lines. Never fixed. - The water heater hookups look like they were installed by a cross eyed child with no plumbing experience. - Crossed the attic runs numerous times making it difficult to mount correctly and preventing any possibility of upgrading the attic space where the pipes are. - Visible PEX lines running to fixtures instead of using copper stub outs. - Didn't use stub outs of any kind, so the "stub outs" move and flex, instead of being a solid mount. - Refused to insulate the piping because "it wasn't needed" - Didn't clean up any mess. Left piping in the house and attic. Seriously go with ANYONE else."

We provide service for residential and commercial service calls. We work with many owners and realtors who manage rental properties.

"I am not able to locate my review, so here it is again from August 2022. QUOTE The technician showed up on a Tuesday and made a comment to the effect that he did not want to replace the Thermocoupler Sensor. He lit the Pilot Light and asked for his fee and left. After he left, within minutes the burner cycled off and the pilot light went out. I called the office and was told that he would return on Friday. We proceeded to light the Pilot and allow the burner to cycle through heating the water. He did not show up, he stated that he was not informed when he called back on Monday. He scheduled a time to come by on Tuesday. He arrived and stated that he was instructed to change out the Gas Control Valve. It failed to fix the problem he was unsuccessful to get the Pilot Light to light. Worst part was that he managed to break the original valve so that could not be re-installed. He said that he would need to get to the office but will be in touch. So then, we have NO hot water at all and my Grandkids were visiting, so no hot water for their baths. Wednesday we were contacted and were told that we would need a new water heater for an estimated cost of $1,800.00 and they would not continue in any way to attempt fixing the water heater. We told them to leave our house. We then contacted Okaloosa Gas District, who sent a technician out the same day. The technician came in and checked the water heater out. He then, in short order, proceeded to replace the Thermocoupler Sensor, lit the Pilot Light and watched for three cycles of the burner heating the water. The Pilot Light remained lit and they guaranteed that they would return if it failed again. After checking the water heater over, they stated that the unit was in great working order and would not to be replaced anytime soon. Willingham sent me a bill for the unnecessary part after they broke the original, charging me labor for the technician to break the original part and still did not have a working water heater. We will pay the bill just to end relations with them. We will never call them again or recommend them to anyone for anything. The worst thing was that someone in the office instructed the technician, who stated this to us, that the Gas Control Valve was the part requiring replacement without having seen the water heater. We specialize in tile installation and flooring. We are certified in schluter shower systems and wedi shower systems.

"I signed a contract with Dream Home Remodeling, LLC to do the 3 jobs. The deck was repaired, and Tyler used a relative to do the work. While the work is adequate I could tell that replacing this was the relatives 1st or 2nd job like this. They drywall was patched using fiber tape. There were 2 ceiling repairs and the ceiling was retextured. The ceiling was not repainted. My concern was the cutting of the stucco. While the job is adequate with the cut being in even. The debris was piled up in the side yard and because of that I received a ticket from code enforcement for having trash in my yard. Where I made my mistake was not getting everything in writing. I was assured by Tyler that they would clean up all constriction waste, this is clearly not the case. The waste was over 1000 lbs. I contacted Tyler and after putting his wife on the phone they screamed at me that hauling off construction waste was not in the contract and they would not do it. That is the main reason for the bad review. The proper response should have been "I am sorry for the misunderstanding but we will be right over and clean up the mess". There are still left over construction materials in my back yard from the deck construction. In addition I observed that Dream Home Remodeling does not own a truck and had to rent a truck to haul off a spa that was removed from the deck."

Service the Florida Panhandle for over 45 years. Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical offers exceptional service and products for residential, commercial and institutional customers. We are the professionals you can trust, 25 hours a day, 8 days a week!

"I strongly caution anyone considering Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electrical to explore other options. If I could give a 0 star review, we would. We engaged Peaden for over five different services, and in every instance, the work was plagued with issues requiring multiple technicians to return and correct their own mistakes. In several cases, Peaden was ultimately unable to resolve the problems, forcing us to hire other licensed contractors at our own expense to complete the work properly. Their back office operations are equally disorganized and unprofessional. Peaden consistently failed to adhere to their own agreements, making billing and scheduling unnecessarily difficult. In one instance, they proposed a solution that we accepted, only to later attempt to unilaterally change the terms of the legally binding written agreement when the test results did not align with their expectations. On another occasion, they charged our credit card without authorization for a job that had not yet been completed. Communication was a constant struggle—we had to follow up repeatedly just to obtain basic information, only to be met with unfulfilled promises and a complete lack of accountability. Peaden frequently claims that customer satisfaction is their top priority and assures clients that they will make things right. However, these assurances are meaningless when the company lacks the competence to effectively resolve the very problems they create. Their repeated failures demonstrated an inability to deliver quality service, rendering their promises empty. Furthermore, despite explicitly instructing Peaden that they were no longer permitted on our property, they sent a contractor months after a job was completed to "touch up" paint. Given their history of subpar work, this appeared to be yet another attempt to address deficiencies they had failed to correct the first time—without our consent. Considering the repeated issues, wasted time, and additional expenses incurred due to their incompetence, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Peaden to anyone. A professional company should stand behind its work, honor agreements, and respect customer directives—unfortunately, Peaden has demonstrated the opposite at every turn."

I have been working in the Bay County area for over eight years and I have over 35 years experience as a Handyman. I'm 55 years old and learned my trade from my father. I'm honest, dependable and do quality work. Call me anytime for a free estimate.

"Great! Tim did great work, he came by to ***** the work and gave us a very fair-priced estimate, he even offered helpful tips on other projects we discussed that weren't related to the work we hired him to do. He was very punctual both times he was in the home and very respectful of our request to wear a mask. He was quick to call when a spot opened up, and I really appreciated him thinking of us and fitting us in on short notice. Will definitely hire him again and would recommend him to anyone needing any type of work done."

"We have a rental house on Laguna Beach and live about 5-hour drive away. There was a hard freeze this year and we had several pipes burst. The neighbor turned the water off and told me to get a plumber. I called (never have used them before). They were very friendly to talk to, although they were swamped with lots of busted pipes! They fixed all the burst pipes within a couple of days and turned the water back on. They texted me a bill and are very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again."

Drain Cleaning questions, answered by experts

A saturated leach field can be the result of many underlying issues, so the best way to treat the problem is to call in a professional septic company. Depending on what’s causing the saturation, the professional may pump out your tank if it’s full, add more bacteria to your tank, or recommend rerouting rainwater and runoff from your house away from the leach field using gutters, downspouts, and downspout extenders. They might also recommend planting certain plants over the area to soak up some of the excess water once the initial problem is fixed.

It is okay to use a drain auger on a toilet, just make sure you are using the correct tip size. The auger is a plumbing snake with a protective sleeve to protect the porcelain toilet bowl from getting scratched. Using too large of an auger can cause the snake to loop back and damage the inside of the drain and plumbing.

It’s sometimes difficult to distinguish a clog from a frozen drainpipe since ice technically causes a clog. If the temperature doesn’t tip you off, there are a few additional signs that your pipe is frozen. Look for condensation and frost around the pipes. Ice in pipes can cause a banging or clanking noise as opposed to a clog from a softer material.

If you don’t have a sewer cleanout, clearing out clogs can be extremely difficult. You would need to try to clear the clog from sink drains, but it can be harder to reach the clog all the way in the drain line. A sewer cleanout makes it much faster and easier for pros to clear clogs from your main sewer line.

Applying drain cleaner is a common DIY solution to clogged drains, but it can be extremely harmful to your pipes and lead to corrosion and leaks. It is almost always better to try snaking a clog than using a drain cleaner, but the best solution is to hire a professional plumber. They can locate the clog and gauge the severity using a camera system and then decide if using a plumber’s snake, auger, or drain cleaner is the best option to remove the clog and limit damage to your plumbing system.
