We are a licensed general contractor and roofer in Florida and Denver. Insurance restoration and claims is our only business. We are simply the best at restoring your property and handling the claim process for your damages. Call us today!

"After Hurricane Michael, we hired S & S Contracting Services to work with our insurance and mortgage companies to repair our home. (roofing, siding, drywall, flooring and electrical) They deposited our insurance check without getting our mortgage companies endorsement - effectively leaving us with no oversight. They sent several crews to our home over a period of 7 months - one crew was fired for drinking on the job and others simply never came back. For months they couldn't seem to stop the rain from pouring in through the holes they left in what was supposed to be a new roof. I sent videos and made pleas for help, but we finally had to have them remove the chimney/fireplace, and rip out some of the walls, (a second time) due to poor workmanship and mold that was growing daily. In an attempt to pocket even more money, there were blatant lies that S & S added to our settlement regarding our flooring and garage door. I reported this to my insurance company. At the same time one of the partners (Wilson) refused to do some of the work that was in our contract - calling them unnecessary. Ultimately, when I fired them, Wilson required me to sign a "mutual release of liability" in order to get a fraction of the money back for things left undone. I could go on and on with examples of the sloppy subpar work done here... Wilson claimed that his company actually lost money, and that may be true... It is, however, the responsibility of neither the homeowner nor the insurance company, to pay for work that is done poorly and then has to be redone - that cost should be the responsibility of the company that hires unskilled and unethical workers. I have pictures and video documenting all of this. I highly discourage anyone from hiring this company."
