"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. "They do the annual maintenance on my air conditioning system, and they sold it to us.  They installed my air conditioner about ten years ago, and they come out every year to do the annual maintenance on it; and if anything goes wrong, then they come out to take care of it.  I had a problem this year, a couple months ago, and that's why it's kind of like out of the cycle, but usually it's at the very beginning of summer, just before summer, early in June that they come out.  That's been for every year the last ten years. I'm on a contract for the annual maintenance type thing, and to the best of my knowledge the price is in line with everybody else's.  The annual service I think is like $60 or something.  They come out, they service it, they check out everything, they redo the grillage if it's necessary.  They just make sure that everything is working fine.  I think they're very knowledgeable about the products that are out there.  They give you good information to help you make your choices as to what's going to fit your needs.  They are prompt on service.  They're reliable for their annual contracts.  They come out.  The only thing is that they're a little bit slow if you don't get everything done on a visit.  If there is something you have to follow up with them, they're a little bit slow with thatA"
