Small jobs welcome

"I should have called him from the beginning! I called someone else and what a mistake. Cody came out and fixed what was messed up by this other guy. Cody burned all the massive piles that were left from land clearing and smoothed out the land that was messed up by the tracks. I will call him first because he takes pride in what he does and makes everything look amazing instead of leaving you with a mess. Cody also made us an arena for the horses! What a great guy and very responsible!"

Excavating questions, answered by experts

Drilled wells have a pipe sticking up that’s covered in a plastic or metal casing. On the other hand, a dug well will look like a big hole in the ground and is more similar to what you’d see in a fantasy or Western movie. If you want to be sure, contact the city for documentation on your property’s construction and excavation history.

Whether you grind or dig up and remove your tree stump depends on your landscaping goals. Using a stump grinder leaves the root system in place for it to decompose over time, whereas digging up the tree stump removes the roots and the stump. Overall, stump grinding is a far simpler process since you won’t need to deal with the roots. Stump removal will make your yard look like a demolition site, but you’ll have an easier time replanting in the same place as your former tree.

Yes, you can technically make a crawl space liveable, but the only way to do so is by converting it into a basement. While some crawl spaces are big enough to walk through and store large items, they lack appropriate insulation and space to be liveable.

Your contractor should handle dust control during the project. It's best to speak with your contractor beforehand to check if they plan to cover your furniture, protect your vents, or use fans to redirect dust. Eliminating drywall dust is a particularly large challenge during construction, so always take this into account during your planning phase.

Yes, professional installations include trenching or borehole drilling required for ground loops.
