He'd given us an estimate on the value of the gold coins via email, and although the price of gold had fluctuated since he'd provided the quote, the final price was very, very close to the initial quote. We were happy to learn that they will also buy jewelry, as I have a few pieces I haven't worn in a very long time. We were very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely return to their company when we have gold or silver to sell, and we're happy to recommend them to our friends. "After requesting quotes from three companies, I chose Big D for several reasons. First, the sales person who came to the house to give me a quote, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to go through the process and how they are different and how they are similar to other companies. Although they gave me the lowest quote, it was not by much but the difference was really in the customer service the company offered. The sales person showed me the materials that they worked with, and explained how they differed from other companies. I was really intrigued by the Atlas system and did a lot of research.
