Big D Residential Roofing Inc

After requesting quotes from three companies, I chose Big D for several reasons. First, the sales person who came to the house to give me a quote, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to go through the process and how they are different and how they are similar to other companies. Although they gave me the lowest quote, it was not by much but the difference was really in the customer service the company offered. The sales person showed me the materials that they worked with, and explained how they differed from other companies. I was really intrigued by the Atlas system and did a lot of research. After the contract was signed and I picked a color the roof was done about a month later. The team that did the roofing was exceptional. It was quite large, and everyone had their job to do. They were able to do my roof in one day because of the size of the team. They draped the house to prevent damage and really cleaned up before they left. If I had questions or concerns, they were answered immediately by the office staff. They had great customer service.

I called on Wednesday to set up an appointment for an estimate and was told the "estimator" would call me back. I'm still waiting for that call. I live in a retirement community and will be sure to tell my neighbors and friends not to expect a call (or service?) from this company. Reliability is apparently not something they understand.

In my neighborhood they had done a couple other roofs and came highly recommended. The punctuality, professionalism - it was the best experience I've ever had with a roofer. They did it in one day and they did it beautiful.

He came out right away and found the problem and confirmed it was the chimney flashing and did the leak repair and replaced the Flashing as well. They responded right away the next day to do the repairs and got the job done quickly.

The crew was huge I could not count them all and they started right away and had a Forman in charge during the entire project that took just two days and we had a HUGE roof. They were very professional and very quiet as in not yelling at all. Of course tearing off and replacing a roof is noisy but the crew worked fast and no yelling at all. They did an amazing job indeed.

This company was great to wor with. The were all very friendly and professional from the office group to the laborers. They showed up like a swarm of bees at 7:15 in the morning with 5 pickup trucks and a dump truck. They immediately hit the roof tearing off all the old stuff and had to replace almost all of the plywood because it had deteriate so badly. They were finished by 12:15. There was a minor accident with the damaged plywood and a worker putting a foot thru the ceiling. I was really surprised when the owner of the company (who was on site the whole time) had a repairman out to fix the ceiling within 2 hours. Can't say enough about the friendliness and professionalism of this company. Response to everything was always immediate, not I'll be out in a few days like some companies. I even completed much of the paperwork transactions from out of state as I live in Ga. And this house is 3 hours away in Fl.

Mitch and his whole crew were outstanding! They were punctual. Cleaned-up completely. All crew members were friendly and professional. From Debbie representing the office bringing over the commencement papers, to Mitch and crew doing the job we were impressed. We definitely recommend them!

Not well. They never called after three calls to them.

Both Big D and Scott Smith put the same GAF roof. Big D's quote was about $200 more, however, he said he would put a and quot;netand quot; around the house to do a better job of catching all the nails.
I really liked this guy. he was knowledgeable and professional. his lack of punctuality was what cost him the job.

An operator/receptionist cheerfully took my name, address, and phone number. Then no one ever contacted us. What bad economy?

It was a good experience with Big D Roofing Inc. They stopped the leak. They will come back to do more repairs on the damage done in my house due to the leak.
