He still owes me $215 for that. His team is friendly. His work is unprofessional."

"Could have done a better job. The attic ladder frame is not flush with the ceiling and No finished trim left the customer do complete the job. Visible gaps on both sides without the trim, leaving poor air sealing. And charge me extra to cut the bottom of the ladder. "
