"Sale representative FELIPE ALMODOVAL is very professional, knowledgeable about his craft and provided estimates of material needed, time required for the project. Be very responsive whenever I need consultation. Great guy, appreciated. Now let's talk about Shiloh's installation crew, the best I have experienced. They are extremely professional, considerate, subject matter experts on what they do. I'm even more impressed by the camaraderie exemplified in the group, they work together as a great team, care for each other. Is that impressive or not?! The quality of the work is top notch and we're extremely satisfied. I told them I have more projects to be done in about 2 years and they knew whom I'll call... Designer Lifestyles LLC will be the company of my choice regarding any home improvement projects. Highly recommended!"
"Excellent job was done. Many suggestions were made that enhanced the completed project greatly. The Job was completed in a timely manner and I was kept up to date on every facet of the project until it was completed. I would recommend Beyond Average Builders highly for anyone who needs a project done."
"The owner is the first person you meet, then he keeps in touch through the whole project. They were so very polite and cleaned up after each day. The rain held them up a bit but the experience was great."
"Pritchett Brothers Inc was incredibly prompt, professional and did great work. I hired them to replace siding, pressure wash and paint my home and am very happy with the end result. We have recommended them to multiple neighbors who commented on their quality of work."
"Ricky knew exactly what was needed to make a difficult repair on a column at my house. I trust him to repair everything correctly. He is very knowledgeable about many home repairs"
"If. you're looking for honest and amazing customer service, this is it. I needed a job done, he took a look at it, gave me a fair quote, fit me in quickly, and did a showroom-ready job. I'll use him on future projects."
"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

While it’s best to have access to large, healthy, strong trees in a safe position, treehouse living is still possible without them. Contractors can fit tree posts to build the structure onto or use posts as additional support alongside the trees themselves. If you’re in doubt about the suitability of the trees on your land, consult with a local treehouse builder before you start the project.
While sheds are most certainly helpful for most homeowners, unfortunately, sheds do not add value to a home or property in the traditional sense. However, if the home has limited storage or garage space, having a shed to store things like decorations or lawn equipment can certainly be a positive if you want to sell.
Ranch and colonial-style homes are often the most affordable to build. They have a common layout with available designs that are easy to adjust in simple ways without having to spend too much on a structural engineer or architect. Both types of homes' symmetry, simple roofs, and often one or two-story plans mean they often fall in the $150 to $200 square-foot range, putting them right around average.
Whether a prefab home is worth it or not will depend on your personal needs and preferences. Overall, prefab homes tend to cost less than traditional homes, although they also tend to have lower resale values. Another thing to consider is that prefab homes usually last 50 to 60 years or longer, while traditional homes last 50 to 100 years or more.
