Brian is awesome. Reliable, prompt and thorough. Communicated his ETA and arrived on-time both visits. We needed a new control board for our hot tub which required a 2nd visit. We were able to order the part ourselves and not be charged a markup. Brian recommended a company to purchase from and their customer service was great too. We were back up and running in a week despite it being the Christmas holiday. Thanks Brian!

The young man who came to our home was personable and polite and cooperative. He was very efficient analyze the issues and made the necessary repairs.
