"Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. Once the correct brackets were in hand the installers came and were quick and efficient with the installl.

"The motor of the awning was damaged, waiting for the replacement."

"They were great. Great communication. Explained everything to me. Workmanship was great. Very happy with my patio enclosure"

"Every single step of this experience exceeded my expectations. My salesman Anthony was so genuine and professional... I loved that it's a family run business with no subcontractors. The installers were two young men who got right to work and did a great job installing the new awning and teaching me how to use the remote control and manual aspects. I honestly could not be more pleased. Everything about this purchase exceeded my expectations. For the first time since I've had the deck I will be able to have full Usage of it during the scorching hot Florida summer!"

"Two very important characteristics of the service provided. First Maxwell, Sierra and Drew showed outstanding customer service in performing the expected tasks. Second, technician was very professional and knowledgeable in doing the repositioning of my 20-ft awning with accurate results and time taken to finalize the task. We’re highly satisfied with the company and will hire them again if needed!!!"

"House and driveway never looked better.  Rubber roof was moldy and black - now white again.  Aluminum awnings look as good as the day they were first painted - even the windows look great.  Steve also included some surrounding items such as the storage shed, patio blocks and scalloped landscape edging around the flower beds.  Many neighbors have commented on how good everything looks.  Thought his quote was a little pricey at first, but have to say that he did a great job and it was well worth the cost.  Will definitely hire him again.
