I used Dulando Screen and Awnings to install a screen enclosure for my parents as a housewarming present. They did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. The installation went off without a hitch. It was exactly as we wanted it. My mom and I are pretty tough customers, we were extremely happy with the results. The installer was on time, he finished in a timely matter, the job site was clean and free from debris when finished and the screen enclosure was installed perfectly. I will be using them again for another project I have coming up in a few months.

We have been using Dulando since 1991 when they re-screened for our remodel. Then after Charlie hit in 2003 and blew in our pool screen, they were on it immediately taking care of their old customers first. They are good and they are reliable. I do not competitively bid anything from them because I know their prices are good. Good folks... recommended highly!!

It was a very smooth from start to finish. They came and measured giving me an instant quote. Worked around my schedule and finished the project early. couldn't ask for more. They weren't the cheapest I recieved quotes from but they were the most responsive. Responsiveness is something I appreciate.

Overall, quite satisfied. It took longer than we're used to to get the project scheduled and the work done, but maybe they're busy because they do a good job. Main complaint was communication. The company needs to keep in regular contact with customer to let them know where things stand with their project. We went days and days with no contact from them, and hey, we have to work around you too! But again, things went well, and we're happy.

They had a reasonable price, were certainly professional, and were very responsive to any questions or requests that I had. In addition, the salesman and the installer were both very knowledgeable and thorough as they brought up details that other companies hadn't. The owner, himself, was even responsive to my concerns which impressed me.

There were some hiccups during the project, but everything turned out well. They accommodated my requests, did the work as promised, and did a great job with the enclosure. In addition, the workers acted professionally and cleaned up after themselves.

They did a great job for a reasonable price, and the porch is beautiful. However, I felt that the communication regarding the project's start date, when the crew would be over to the house, and other aspects of the project could have been clearer.

It was great. They always arrived on time, they completed the work as requested, and they had the best price of all the companies that I contacted. They also responded quickly to adjust the height of a doggy door which I appreciated.
