Two very important characteristics of the service provided. First Maxwell, Sierra and Drew showed outstanding customer service in performing the expected tasks. Second, technician was very professional and knowledgeable in doing the repositioning of my 20-ft awning with accurate results and time taken to finalize the task. We’re highly satisfied with the company and will hire them again if needed!!!

Treasure coast awning replaced the motor and installed new fabric for the awning in our yard.
Drew did a great job. Sunsetter is the only way to go. Great product at what I thought was a great price. Their warranty is excellent.

Absolutely the best experience with Treasure Coast awning. From the initial estimate with Aubrey to the installation with Drew, we are so happy. Last May we had our new awning installed, and left for the summer. Upon returning to Fort Pierce after the tornado hit, our awning was gone. I contacted Aubrey for a copy of our invoice and to my surprise, She said they would replace the awning. We were so happy to hear they warranteed the awning, even due to natural disasters. You will not be disappointed to hire this company, and our awning is absolutely beautiful!

We recently relocated to PSL from wonderful Broward county. I knew that S we moved in I would need some type of awning since the residence rear faces due West. I reached out to TCA and Seirra was so pleasant and scheduled an appointment with Albruy. Who came out at the scheduled time and went over our needs. We decided on a specific awning and size. Exactly 4 weeks later I received a call from Sierra wanting to schedule the installation. As promised Drew arrived on time to install the awning. He worked clean and efficient. The awning is great now wishing I went a slight bit larger.

We have a 15-year-old SunSetter that we purchased online from Costco back when you could do that and self-install. We were concerned that the installation, after 15 years, was starting to fail. We found TCA through the SunSetter website and reached out to them. As with other reviewers, we spoke with Sierra--very courteous and responsive. Jeremiah came to our house, inspected our installation, and pronounced it sound and serviceable. He then tightened up a couple bolts where the awning attaches to the mounting brackets and checked out our wind sensor. He complimented us on the installation and the condition of our awning after 15 years. Then he refused to take payment for the work. What a great ambassador for TCA. We will eventually need either a new awning or a motor replacement. We will ABSOLUTELY be calling Treasure Coast. Great service and great people.
