Sadly, Brandon gave me a quote which I immediately paid him a deposit, then I waited.. I waited to get my concrete poured, I waited to get my screen room built, I waited for the threshold to be installed, I waited for the kick plates to be installed and I have waited for the permit to be pulled to do the job. Now I am waiting again and I will have to tear down the screen porch and start again as Brandon has lied to me, he took advantage of a 71 year old woman and I am out $8,000 due to his lies, deceit, and fraudulent business practices. Please don?t hire him unless he has a permit pulled and a valid business license. This matter will be concluded in Circuit Court.

It took longer than expected.. but this review is a gross mis characterization of the events that occurred.. you weren't screwed. You were saved. You got a beautiful room at an unbeatable price. You took no damages of any kind from our contract and now you intend to cost me business because paper weren't pushed on your timeline .. Please alter this review to state the facts. Or remove it all together."

After they installed a front entrance screen, I received a quote to enclose my lanai on 8/21/24. I paid a deposit on 8/23/24. The quote stated 3-4 well time for completion. They came to do some preliminary work on 9/14/24 and did not complete the work because they didn't bring the correct supplies. They left some supplies in my lanai. In October, I began trying to contact them about the status of the job. Texts, Calls, Emails, and Facebook messages all went unanswered. On 11/9/24 I sent them an email stating that they are in breach of their contract and I will be disputing the charge for the deposit. I have received a provisional credit for the deposit but I still have not heard from them. They all said I don't need a permit and that it would cost $1220 and they are 3 months behind. DO NOT HIRE THEM! The work they did do was not great. and they are now ghosting me.

"Bryan deleted you from our system before he was fired last year. I think he tried to run my business in the ground the way he did his in the past. I apologize you were caught in it before he left. You aren't the only one. You were his customer and I still issued a full refund of your deposit before the card dispute went through on our end."

We came to agreement with Brandon at Steadfast on a roof to our screened in patio with a gutter to run off the water- Gave him the down payment amount and was scheduled for him to start September 2nd. He no showed. Got in touch with him, some excuses made he would have his assistant come that Saturday the 7th. At least the assistant called saying he was sick- Then we were ghosted , until his office worker cane out to us and gave us our money back. This was before the hurricanes hit. Terrible communication/lack of service. No idea how he got the rating he had.

Your wife called every day for 2 weeks asking when we were coming.. I sent my secretary over with a full refund for your deposit. Thanks for the opportunity. Hope you got a job well done."

He answered when no one else did to make my patio into a screen room. Brandon was very knowledgeable and prompt. Great work! This is a family-owned business, which I liked. Brandon was very responsive to my request for patio screen replacement. He was able to give me a estimate over the phone with the measurements I gave him of my screens. He replaced them with pet screens which was exactly what I needed. Brandon also was able to come out and do the work within 3 days of our conversation and had the job done perfectly within an hour. Other companies would not give me an estimate without coming out to my home and are already weeks out in their scheduling. That doesn't work for me. Brandon is very nice to work with. I will definitely hire Steadfast Screen Service in the future and refer them to anyone that may need their assistance.
