Unbelievable workmanship and quality, went above and beyond the scope of work to install a backyard french drainage system, reconfigured sprinklers and downspouts, regraded the yard, professionally transplanted large bushes to make yard more appropriately graded then resodded and mulched the entire yard to make it healthier and more aeathetically appealing. I will absolutely call on them again if anything similar ever comes up. "They are very thorough and are a prime example of professionalism. They weren't all day about getting to me, doing the initial site survey, scheduling and getting the work done. Hunter explained how the company works, was extensive in his survey of the property, and explained in great detail what needed done, showing me an abundance of photos that he took while under the house, as he explained what needed to be done. Also, he explained it in terms that I, not being an engineer or general contractor could understand. There are other things that still need to be done, i.e. drainage update, encapsulation, and mold mitigation. When we're in a position to take care of those projects, we will bring AFS back to do those. And I highly recommend them for any of your foundation needs."
