The gentleman that came to my house was extremely helpful. The day before he was kind enough to answer my text messages while I was at the store getting the new door handles and locks to insure I got the correct things! I don't know of many companies that would so that! He was extremely professional and friendly too! I would highly recommend Ninja Lock!
