"Dave and his crew did a fantastic job mulching and trimming some large bushes in our yard. They are all extremely hard workers and get the job done, every time. They meticulously clean up after the work is done and everything looks wonderful. Definitely recommend them 100%."

Customers say: Quality work

"Terrance and Jared did an excellent job on the slab we needed poured for our new spa. A job going perfectly is always cause to recommend someone, but I feel it's even more telling how reliable someone is when you have a problem and they handle that perfectly as well .... and that's what Terrance did. Terrance is an honorable and professional man who stands by his work. I would absolutely use his services again should the need arise."

"Very well. They did the work proposed and completed it at the set time. Good communication throughout the project. The owner asked questions and answered questions on any part of the project. Had replaced driveway and added two patios in backyard. Professional conduct and quality."

Patios questions, answered by experts

The life span of your solarium will depend on the materials used and how much wear and tear the room experiences from the inside and from the outside due to weather. On average, you can expect your solarium to last anywhere from 10 years to 50 or more. In rare cases, such as with old estates, solariums can last over 100 years.

Yes, porches require foundations. The type of foundation required, however, is determined by the type and use of the porch. For example, a screened-in porch won’t require a new cement foundation. However, if you turn your porch into a sunroom or plan on making it a living space, then chances are you need a foundation that’s more permanent than piers and posts.

An Arizona room may or may not count toward your home’s square footage, depending on local regulations and the specifics of the room, but generally does not get included in the total square footage. In many locations, a room needs to be built to the same quality as the rest of the home, have an integrated heating/cooling system, and be habitable year-round to count toward square footage.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it meets certain criteria. For instance, it must be completely enclosed with solid walls and a roof. It should also have a heating and cooling source similar to the rest of the home. Finally, the porch should have direct access to and from the interior of your house.

With proper maintenance, the average life span of a screened-in porch is six to eight years for the screens themselves, but the foundation and structure can last for 50 to 100 years. To keep your screened-in porch in good shape, clean your porch screens regularly, patch holes, re-seal the wood as needed, and address any foundational issues right away.
