MRK Flooring

I decided to replace my entire floor plan with new vinyl wood flooring since we could not match the existing wood floor in my partially carpeted condominium. GREAT effort was made by MRKâs Rodrigo to help me find the original flooring. After finding out the manufacturer, Armstrong, ceased production, Rodrigo arranged, and came along each time, for me to visit previous installs with similar floors to see if we could get a close match. I appreciate he made time for me, evenings and on weekends, since I have a very demanding schedule. We could not find a good match. After all that, we went with complete replacement. The demo work was done seamlessly for such a big job without ANY damage to my walls. I was able to stop by on that Saturday to see it was a difficult undertaking to remove everything so neatly! The next Monday the professional and confident installation crew arrived and completed the work the same day! This included installing floor sound proofing materials required by HOA regulations. They know their craft. I would like to note that along the baseboards of almost the entire unit was old coaxial cable television wiring that looked terrible and painted over. MRK replaces baseboard with beautiful pre-painted baseboard which cleaned up that cable mess since I switched to all wireless internet and television. The result was very satisfying. I was able to move in just two days later. MRK worked around my mover scheduled date. To sum up looking back, this job was made as user friendly as humanly possible. I would use MRK again without hesitation and could easily recommend to family, co-workers, and friends.

Rodrigo and his team are the most professional and incredible workers I have ever experienced in my life. The floors came out absolutely incredible and better than expected. They got straight to work as soon as they arrived and finished the project (upstairs and downstairs) within 2 days! Super impressed with not only their incredible work ethic, but their dedication towards the customer. They go out of their way to ensure satisfaction. They are extremely responsive and put their customers top priority. We were so happy and grateful for the hard work and incredible job that they did on the floors, that we had them additionally do our stairs (which came out BEAUTIFUL!). And we are having them also do our back splash as well! We will be using them for any future projects and referring to all of our relatives/friends. Highly recommend using MRK Home Improvement, you wonâ t be disappointed. Guaranteed satisfaction! I would consider them the best in Tampa bay!

Rodrigo was very helpful with determining the type of wood we needed. The job was approx 800 sq ft wood and by Vynal. He Met our needs for the timeline and was on time for all appointments. His crew was very professional and got the job done quickly, and efficiently and did a complete cleanup. Rodrigo followed up every step of the way and was a great communicator Highly recommend this company., plus they are really great guys !!!

Company employees arrived as scheduled. Owner of company kept us informed on all stages of the project. RODRIGO, owner, made sure the work site was cleaned once the patio was completed.. Very satisfied with the completed patio and quality of materials used. Definitely suggest this company for paver installation.

Rodrigo (MRK Home Improvement, LLC) did a patio paver project for me. Old pavers had to be removed, level the ground, and install and seal the new pavers. Rodrigo did an excellent job of communicating and keeping things rolling from paver selection to removing all remaining materials that included old pavers, excavated soil and sod in a timely fashion. The installation was exceptional and his crew was very professional. I would certainly use Rodrigo and his team again and would highly recommend them.

The 2 men that came to install my flooring worked nonstop all day. They never took a break, they never complained, they did their work and never slowed down. It's a great company to work with. Rodrigo shifted work around in order to get my install earlier as I had a serious problem with another company.

I am an extremely meticulous person and I am usually disappointed in most cases. This company is the absolute best. I can't say enough good things about these people. They are really experienced and unbelievably friendly. Rodrigo who is the owner is so easy to talk to and explains everything to you. He wants to build a relationship with his customers and he does not disappoint. If you are a picky person, and want quality work done these are the only people to use. You will not be disappointed. Also I should mention their pricing is very reasonable.

Rodrigo and his crew are very good, very precise, and are very good at keeping communication open at all times. Rodrigo discussed our project and knew the vision I had. Nailed it! They will continue to get hired by us.
