He arrived as promised and clearly ran through the estimate, permitting process and FPL's involvement. He went on to mention that it would likely be necessary to cutout a portion of the drywall that we would be responsible for replacing. Fortunately, the additional cutout was not required. Over the course of the next several weeks, the scheduling and permitting department kept us informed of the estimated installation date. Once confirmed, Roman, the electrician, arrived as scheduled, performed the installation flawlessly and left our home in perfect condition with a brand new electrical panel. "Ragual and Jose arrived on time, looked over the job and gave me a price. They also noted that i had already purchased the Electrical panel to replace the old one, and the breakers to go with it. But they determined that I had bought some breakers that were wrong and need to be exchanged for the correct ones. They took the wrong breakers back to Home Depot, got me a credit and bought the correct ones. It took then 8 hours to pull the old panel out and the subpanel, and replace and rewire them both into the single master panel. They were efficient, careful, and very knowledgeable. They did a great job. So good, that I have hired them to do some work in my warehouse. There, they will move and install several 220V outlets.
