He arrived as promised and clearly ran through the estimate, permitting process and FPL's involvement. He went on to mention that it would likely be necessary to cutout a portion of the drywall that we would be responsible for replacing. Fortunately, the additional cutout was not required. Over the course of the next several weeks, the scheduling and permitting department kept us informed of the estimated installation date. Once confirmed, Roman, the electrician, arrived as scheduled, performed the installation flawlessly and left our home in perfect condition with a brand new electrical panel. I was expecting a higher estimate, but I was happy to be wrong! My appointment a few days later came off without a hitch. The electrician, Amaral, and his assistant, Gabriel, showed up on time and did an excellent job. Besides the quality of work, I really appreciated their willingness to accept my input and discuss what I wanted. They even took the time to explain to me why some of my ideas were not all that great. After all, THEY are the electricians! I have already begun making a list of jobs for them to do in my house. I have also recommended them to a few of my friends. If you need electrical work done, I would not hesitate to call them. You won't be disappointed."
