"Everything went very well. He arrived on time, had all the tools needed, knew exactly what to do, got right to work and repaired the light as needed. Though the light had a piece broken, he was able to fix it and complete the job quickly and completely!! Highly recommend him!!"

"Everyone at Solar Shield was very nice and professional. We had a few concerns when the moisture barrier was installed and we still had rain in our bedroom. Frank got it corrected the next day, and finished the roof the following week. The good news: very nice looking roof with no more leaks. The bad news: we got pictures of the hurricane straps installed and had the roof inspected by our insurance company. They found that the hurricane straps installed were not up to their standards and neither was the moisture barrier. They also found multiple slats (we didn’t have decking that covered the whole roof - old house) that were split and compromised during the work, so we were unable to qualify for any insurance discounts. Overall, we have a nice looking roof - top of the line from Solar Shield Industries. Hopefully, it will last a lifetime. But unfortunately, we have some decking remediation that needs to be done and we still need hurricane straps, which will probably be clips now. Not a big enough deal for me to raise a stink. I can retro clips and repair the few decking issues from the attic & under siding. And apparently, the moisture barrier is just not what the insurance company accepts as a “moisture barrier.”"

"Replaced the the spline and screen on my pool enclosure.  When the Seabreeze people completed re-screening my pool enclosure i was very happy with the finished product.  They left the pool area clean and everything was put back in place. I would use them again.

"Mr Petratlito worked for me 3-4 years ago and I was comfortable with him.  He is polite, and professional and competent. The sprinkler system still needs tweaking. His rates have increased significantly but still competitive w/licensed plumbers. (I think)."
