"It is very seldom in the service business field to find and receive a qualified specialist who is also a customer advocate. Luke Ferguson arrived at the agreed upon appointment to examine, inspect, evaluate as well as listen to the problem with both professional input and experience. I was so taken with his assurance and evaluation that I hired him immediately. He performed the task of resolution to the "pest" in the attic and how he would correct it, along with guaranteeing his work, He provided a written quote and was paid when the service was totally completed to my satisfaction, I no longer have the pest in my attic and know it has been eradicated."

"I reached out to Solve Pest Pros in Orlando for a rodent issue, and I’m really glad I did. From the beginning, they were responsive and took my concerns seriously, which made a huge difference because dealing with rodents can be pretty stressful. The technician who came out was very professional and knowledgeable. They did a thorough inspection, explained where the activity was likely coming from, and walked me through the plan to address it. I really appreciated how detailed they were—it made me feel confident that the issue was being handled the right way. They didn’t just treat the problem—they also took the time to point out areas that could be vulnerable and gave helpful recommendations to prevent future issues. That extra level of care really stood out to me. Since the service, I’ve already noticed a big improvement, and I feel a lot more at ease in my home. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and very effective. I would definitely recommend Solve Pest Pros."
