"Grandview did an excellent job of remodeling our kitchen. We had visited two other kitchen remodelers before stopping by Grandview. At the first remodeler, the staff never helped us even though we looked around the showroom for 15 minutes. At the second, the staff was very helpful and generated a quick ballpark estimate of what our remodel would cost, but it turned out to be too pricey relative to the value of our home. When we walked into the Grandview showroom, we were immediately greeted by Joel, who talked to us about our needs and wants for the project. He started creating a plan which met our desires and was within our budget. He and his sister Susana (it is a family business) then visited our home to take measurements and look at what exactly we currently had and came up with additional suggestions for the project. Grandview then sent their electrician/plumber James (yes, he’s licensed in both trades) to review placement of lighting, electrical devices, outlets and switches and answer any questions we had. He was very helpful and based on his experience made suggestions on some lighting options we were unsure about. After a few more visits to the showroom to iron out details and select colors and components we signed the contract. The entire project was handled professionally from initial concepts and estimates to final plans and renderings through removal of old cabinets, counters, etc. and installation of new cabinets, counters, backsplashes, lighting, plumbing and reinstallation of our recently purchased appliances. Joel and Susana were always available to us during the entire project to answer questions, and they immediately took care of the few issues that arose. They were always professional and pleasure to talk with. The few glitches in the process (two cabinets that arrived damaged, incorrect drawer fronts supplied by the manufacturer and a shelf unit that fell off the delivery truck lift gate) were taken care of as quickly as the supply chain allowed (this is a time of major supply chain disruptions) and of course without cost to us. None of these issues were Grandview’s fault. Their installers, Randy and Steve, were absolutely superb and quickly took care of the few minor installation issues that popped up to our complete satisfaction. I later found out that Grandview had also remodeled my cousin’s kitchen, and she was also as impressed by their professionalism and quality of work as my wife and I were."

He kept me informed about the progress of the project at all times and was always available to answer any questions I had. "We hired M-Worx in March 2023 for a project that they told us would take 4-6 months. It's now August 2025 and the project is still not completed because, as we will allege, M-Worx stole over $125,000 from us and caused over $100,000 in damages to the property before abandoning the project altogether. We have hired a new contractor to complete the project; however, we are still saddled with untangling the mess. In addition, we have wracked up 10s of thousands of dollars more in housing and storage expenses and legal fees, all while continuing to pay property taxes and mortgage payments for a home that we have been deprived of and cannot use. "This isnâ t my project but my mom desperately needed work done. She had not updated her home since Hurricane Andrew! She was very resistant to make any changes but stuff was starting to fall apart. She agreed to fix up the kitchen but I wasnâ t going to have enough time to oversee the project and sheâ s divorced. "M.D.M. Landscaping was hired to replace the sod/grass at my residence. The work was done promptly, carefully, and efficiently at the scheduled time. At the conclusion of the work the sprinkler system was determined to be inadequate to support the new sod. The sprinkler system was upgraded/restored with work beginning in the afternoon and continuing late into the evening so that the new sod would be preserved. MDM assumed full responsibility for the project and worked to assure a successful conclusion. The associated fees were appropriate and fair. I am appreciative of MDM's determination to achieve a successful conclusion to the project."
