Our leak was so small that its location could not be pinpointed so the technician recommended coming out again in a couple weeks. The main office / management scheduled a follow up session at my house for 2 weeks later, in fact I have a voicemail confirming the date. The morning of the scheduled follow-up appointment I called to verify I was still on the schedule. Much to my surprise my appointment had inexplicably been cancelled. This was a huge inconvenience as I shuffled my work week. Very disappointed in the poor management and customer service. Needless to say I am going with another reputable company in the area."
