Excellent Job. Extremely happy. They are busy but squeezed us in on a Saturday and Sunday. Arabesque focal point tiles were very difficult to cut and took a lot of time. However they really look beautiful. We could not be happier. In addition the quote was half of what the others wanted to charge.

The quality turned out to be excellent. He knew how to bevel the tile edge at the ends of the tile runs and to make a thin caulk line. They are honest and had working experts in this field. I plan to use them again when I redo my bathroom tile late in the year.

SIA was very punctual and gave a detailed written estimate. There was some communication difficulty since English is not his first language. Work was satisfactory except for the following: 1) A helper was left alone to install the cement board in the shower. He spoke very little English and didn't understand that 2) it was unacceptable to leave the old shower cement board debris in between the studs. The shower pan rubber liner was already in place from the previous day and when we inspected the work we saw 6 inches of demo debris inside the wall. We did the demo and new drywall in the rest of the bathroom so we know SIA didn't clean up their part of the demo. I had a shopvac ready for them to use and Sergey (the owner) was not pleased when he returned. 3) The ventilation fan wasn't replaced because it wasn't a simple swap out. That's why we were going to pay him to do it. 4) Sergey didn't clean up the work site (sweeping or vacuuming). We were working after work and weekends on the rest of the bathroom so we had to shopvac his mess every day that we needed to work. Anyone who has gone through this type of remodel knows how much dust and dirt spreads everywhere. 5) Tile waste water was dumped next to our well tank and salt bags. We're also in the process of rebuilding a small retaining wall around our well water reserve tank. About 1/2 of the graded slope was used as a depository for dirty, white water which ran down to the concrete pad that holds our water treatment salt bags. This is more work for us to clean up. He and his helper also left cement board trash beside our house until the final work day. We're trying to clean up our house (which was a foreclosure), not make it look worse. 6) The quote included a listello of glass mosaic tiles. Sergey baulked when I told him where we wanted the line of tiles until he pulled up our quote and saw that it was on it. Then he made a big deal about having to take the mosaic home to adhere it to a backerboard. 7) A 6" deep x 17" long shower niche was to be installed. Sergey showed me how the bullnose tile would make it less deep and I misunderstood him thinking he said he would build it up so we wouldn't lose too much depth. After it as complete it measured 3" deep- we lost half the depth and wasted $$ on a 6" wide piece of granite when we only needed 3" wide. 8) The soffit bump out wasn't completed by Sergey but he charged us the full amount for it. He didn't bring drywall so he asked if we had leftovers from the rest of the room. I told him we have quite a bit in the garage and he could look through it when he came back (he had to go to another site to pick up the waterproofer because he forgot he needed it) and that I'd grab a piece while he was gone. At the end of the day he tells me the piece I pulled out wasn't bog enough so we'd have to finish it ourselves. I was home ALL DAY and he didn't bother asking me if there was a bigger piece of drywall. 9) Sergey got a little upset when I told him where we wanted shelves placed; shelves that he suggested and said there was no extra installation charge for because they were so easy to install. He again made a big deal about having to remove a few tiles and notch them for the shelves. When he presented the final bill I noticed he hadn't deducted the second niche that we ended up not doing after he said there wasn't enough space based on where the studs are located. This is why we went with the shelves. He said, "I didn't charge you anything for the shelves". He went from charging per niche and no charge for shelves to shelves being an equal charge. We haven't used the shower yet because we are having a door fabricated so we can't comment on potential leaks. The tile job is nice and my husband did a fabulous job on the soffit drywall. We have a bathtub surround that needs redone and we will not be using SIA. We were very upfront about what we wanted, we gave him complete access to the bathroom and we supplied all the materials he requested yet his demeanor was one of irritation.

I could not be more happier. The work was excellent Sergy and his crew are artist. Other tilers wanted to use bullnose pieces, Sergy cut the marble so they fit perfect together and look like a solid piece of marble. I obtained several estimates and Sergy was the most reasonable. They cleaned up every day and left everything in perfect condition. I would highly recommend SIA Tile and Stone Inc.

Tony came out to look at the job, and said he would email us with an estimate within 24 hrs. As it turns out, we had to track him down to try to get the quote. 3 days, after he came out to assess the job, he called, and said that he had not done the quote, and that they did not have time to do the job. (in my view, unprofessional, you be the judge)

They did an amazing job!!! We could not be happier! Sergie, Tony and their coworkers came to our home, worked with us every step of the way to get our marble tile installed. It was very difficult to find anyone that would touch this project and we are thrilled with the results. If you want to speak with me as a reference, ask for Tiffany, And you can get my info from Sergie.

Sergey and Tony did an absolutely outstanding job with our master bathroom.  It is very small and had not been touched or changed in any way since the house was built.  They totally gutted the bathroom down to a shell and started from scratch.  We chose and purchased new tile for the floor, shower walls and shower floor, along with new fixtures.  We had some termite damage that had been resolved a few years back, but left some of the wood structure in not the best condition.  The team put in new wood where necessary.  The original builder also had not constructed the walls in the bath area the correct way with backing so Sergey and Tony used the correct wall type for a bathroom before putting any tiling up.  They were very thorough and professional the whole way through the installation and we could not be more pleased with the final bathroom conversion.  It's a whole new space in there now with so much more room.  They installed a sliding shower door/screen and also installed a new vanity.  After tiling the floors, they added new base board as well.  We have a seat in the shower and Sergey creatively added shower shelves from marble tiles.
In addition, we also had a backsplash added in our kitchen, which Tony handled during a time when only one person could do the work in the bathroom.
We cannot recommend SIA Tile & Stone enough and already have them quoting on the second bathroom and also to replace the wood flooring in our great room.  These guys are in demand so be prepared for a wait as the earliest we can probably get them back is a couple of months from now.  In addition, they clean up thoroughly after everything they do and they'll haul away your old junk.
Thank you Sergey and Tony for doing such an awesome job on our bathroom.  We now have a room that we want to be in (as strange as that sounds) and not a room that has tiles falling off and grout falling away.

Excellent, neat and efficient. Missed the target date due to illness, but came the next day (Sunday) with his father so I would get the job done ASAP. I am very pleased with the job. They even waited for me to go to get the colored grout I had forgotten to purchase.
very pleased. I am recommending them to a client of mine.

Since we lived pretty far from him, he asked me to send him pictures of the kitchen so he could give me a quote via text.  His price was fair and did not change when the job was done.  They were very professional and clean.

Sergey and his team were professional, trustworthy, and their work was excellent. My husband and I ran out of time and needed a DIY shower project completed before our home inspection. Sergey met with us for a quote immediately, and they started working the next week. Sergey was great, we trusted these guys in our home while we were out of town to get the job done and they did just that. The quality of their work is exceptional and the price was fair and reasonable! I could not have been happier with this experience, I cannot wait to hire them again when I need help in my kitchen!

SIA provided a quote the same day we contacted them.  We selected SIA as their quote was competitive and they came highly recommended from a number of sources to include Angie's List.  There were no surprises or hidden costs and the work was completed on time, at the agreed upon price.  My wife is very meticulous and sometimes hard to please, however she (and I) were absolutely delighted with the end result.  The principals in SIA, Sergey and his son Tony are true professionals/artisans and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

The tile was beveled, so every cut had to be beveled to match.  They
knew how to handle each challenge that came up with experience and
expertise.  They left the area where they cut very clean.Would definitely use them again.

SIA was excellent from start to finish.
We discovered a variety of challenges along the way, due to the home builder (Park Square) never having installed a basin, nor creating a solid floor for the tiles. (This caused the tiles to start cracking, and the reason for us needing to replace the floor.) With every challenge that appeared, Tony from SIA created a solution. He had to buy extra parts, create extra flooring, and come back three extra days, including a holiday weekend. Yet he didn't charge a dime more than what was originally quoted for a straight-forward job. The final result (the new shower floor) was beautiful. We have already talked to SIA about doing more work for us.

S & T were great! They took just over a week to complete everything but because they did it right and made sure everything was perfect is the only reason it took the little extra time. They were quick, thorough, friendly and I couldn't of asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for my new bathroom. I love it!!

I was seeking a professional to install slate tiles on my front porch concrete landing. On 08/18/2014 I called SIA Tile & Stone at
the first number listed under "Contact Information" > (407) 765-2662 < and got a message saying it was an invalid phone.
I called the second number > (407) 234-0403 < and got ?Tony's? voice mail and left a message.
After several days of no call back, I went with another professional tile installer.
I was called back on 09/09/2014 and the person apologized for the delay, saying his entire family was out of the country.
This review is written because of the lack of professionalism I experienced...
In my opinion, instead of leaving potential customers waiting and wondering, some arrangement should have been made for the calls to be returned. (An acquaintance checking voice mail, using an answering service) If they do nothing more than call back to say they are not accepting new work until some future date. That would be more professional
