Orlin completed and emailed us a quote for the project beforehand and thoroughly explained each thing he was charging for. His team protected any personal items I had and made sure to not damage anything they were not working on. They fixed holes and prepped the walls before painting and used high quality products. The paint is included in the quote and all we had to do was tell him our colors. For the bathroom remodel he handled all of the contractor supplies and even picked up the tiles for us. We had some problems (not due to Orlin) arise and he explained each one with a solution or what we could do to get it fixed. These problems set his timeline back but he didn’t complain and managed to finish the job even with other jobs already lined up. Great work and respectful team."
