"John gave me extensive and valuable information and guidance, explaining what was needed and what to expect if I hire someone to break through my very old cast iron clogged drain pipe. All the pipes in my apartment complex are about sixty years old. This would be a large job for a company with special clog-busting equipment, it is work which John does not do. Also he explained breaking through the clog would likely temporarily cause flooding in both my apartment and my neighbor's. I was very grateful for the time John was willing to take to explain the risks and benefits of the different approaches to solving my problem. He helped me decide what to do. I will definitely call on 24/7 again and refer him to others for all types of plumbing work."
