We are a locally owned and operated company with over 25 years of industry experience. We value honesty and integrity and treat your property as if it were our own. We offer a variety of upholstery services that are customizable to each individual project. We look forward to building lasting relationships with our clients and guarantee your satisfaction! We do NOT do mechanical repairs, i.e. recliner mechanisms or animal chew or scratch repairs or seam repairs. In general, we are not a repair service. We do complete new custom built upholstered furniture AS WELL AS complete re-upholstery of all types of furniture for residential, commercial & marine clients. We will also replace foam if that is all that is needed.

Extremely pleased with the service, the professionalism, the timeframe and price. Ian (owner) was extremely assuring that my beautiful Baker pieces would be upholstered to my satisfaction. The furniture and fabric was a huge cost, which concerned me as a designer on how the application would continue to represent the qualitypieces once upholstered. I?ve been in the business for more than 40 years. This being said most of my upholsterers have either retired. I was in search for a new Upholsterer and did have some concerns. However, New Life Furniture receives an A+ in all aspects as mentioned in the above paragraph thank you Ian for keeping your promise and doing an outstanding job.

They are very busy which made it very difficult to schedule. Ultimately they came on a Saturday evening. The worker came along with the owner that supervised, he completely redid the 8-way hand tie spring suspension in about 1.5 hrs on my 10â Restoration Hardware Bench Seat Sofa. Excellent craftsmanship for sure!

We agreed on a lower price then what I was charged. He would not give me a bill of charge so I had no proof of the discrepancy. I paid what he demanded so I would get my furniture.

"This client did not want to pay what we were asking to re-upholster his bar stool even though it was 1/2 the cost of a new one. We agreed to remove his pickup/delivery charge to reduce the cost of the project to an amount that was agreeable to him. We turned the project around in less than a week and gave him a brand new bar stool! We offered to give him a written receipt of the work done but he didn't seem to care about it and instead sent a text message confirming the amount of his deposit. We NEVER withheld his furniture for payment and NEVER demanded a thing other than what was agreed upon which he had ready and waiting for us when the delivery was made. Not sure why 1/2 star when we provided 5 star service!!"

Dealing with the owner Ian was a tremendous pleasure...he made u feel just by talking to him that your job meant a lot and he would do all to see you happy ...he took my kitchen/ dining chairs and reupholstered all 4 of them ...tightened the webbing and new padding...they are like new now...I highly recommend this company

Ian dis an excellent job. My cat had chewed the wooden arms of my dining room chairs and I wanted the chairs reupholstered. Ian was able to fix the arms so you cannot tell they were damaged and the upholstery job was great! I had them restuff the cushions on my 15 year old sofa so it now sits like new. This was also a great job! I would highly recommend them due to price,speed and honesty.

Ian is very knowledgeable and can read what you're looking for. He's a great listener which impacts the final product. I cannot believe that my sofa is more than what I anticipated. Its stunning and will add exactly the accent piece I was looking for. He took a really great piece that I thought was insalvavsble and turned it into my favorite once again!
