"Called John's after finding their ad in the local newspaper. We also called another local plumber, but went with John's after they sent someone out immediately to look at the problem and give us an estimate. We scheduled the repair for the next day after getting what we thought was a reasonable quote. Brian, the same person who had come out to inspect problem, arrive early today to fix the leak. He was respectful, friendly, and diligently worked to fix the problem. We are very impressed with everyone we spoke to at John's and the great service we received! We would not hesitate to use them again and will be recommending them to all of our friends. "

"I used to get water in my basement every time it rained. I had a sump pump installed and I still got water through the cracks. "When I tried to remove a stuck anti-siphon adapter from my outdoor faucet, the entire copper pipe broke at the stucco wall. I called 24/7 Plumbing and John showed up in less than 30 minutes from my call. He did exactly what he said he would do, and fixed not only the pipe but also installed a new faucet for me, all for a very reasonable price. "Even though it meant that he would be paid over a thousand dollar less money he came up with an atypical solution to our problem. Unfortunately, after consulting with an electrician, our house did not have the capacity to run his out of the box solution to our problem. We ended up having to do the repair in the normal way and installed a new pipe, which he did in a top-notch way. We liked him very much and feel very confident in recommending him to others."

"we have used west end several times and they are always, always professional accurate in their diagnosis and have fair pricing. we had work done to a leaky pipe several months ago and we noticed water under the flooring in the living room.
