"Called John's after finding their ad in the local newspaper. We also called another local plumber, but went with John's after they sent someone out immediately to look at the problem and give us an estimate. We scheduled the repair for the next day after getting what we thought was a reasonable quote. Brian, the same person who had come out to inspect problem, arrive early today to fix the leak. He was respectful, friendly, and diligently worked to fix the problem. We are very impressed with everyone we spoke to at John's and the great service we received! We would not hesitate to use them again and will be recommending them to all of our friends. "

"I used to get water in my basement every time it rained. I had a sump pump installed and I still got water through the cracks. "I had a crawl space encapsulation done three years ago. The work was professionally done by competent friendly patient professionals willing to answer any and all questions about their work. Most recently I had tech Bradley Innocent conduct the annual inspection of the work, replace the filter in the dehumidifier and survey the property for any potential problems. This young man was professional, efficient, and explained what he was there to do and why. Companies need more competent professionals like him."

"Even though it meant that he would be paid over a thousand dollar less money he came up with an atypical solution to our problem. Unfortunately, after consulting with an electrician, our house did not have the capacity to run his out of the box solution to our problem. We ended up having to do the repair in the normal way and installed a new pipe, which he did in a top-notch way. We liked him very much and feel very confident in recommending him to others."

"Went well with addressing new cold water line to shower and tub. Had another estimate for different type of piping and it was out of site. Took the option to seek another, not realizing they were with Angie’s. Glad I looked at reviews and called. Definitely put Gary’s card in my sorter as he and Joe were great. Even left me my Sheetrock pieces for a temporary fix. I felt that the pricing was within reason and I stopped loosing sleep."
