"Abhorrent! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Less than zero stars!! I had them come out to repair my refrigerator water dispenser motor. They quoted me $400 at the time and I said I would have to wait to do it. They charged me $75 to come out (unmentioned prior) and said that they will apply the $75 toward the repair of the refrigerator when I was ready. Well, today I was ready. I called them to set up an appointment to have it fixed. I mentioned that I was a customer of theirs and let them know I had paid the $75 fee and NOW they said they WOULD NOT APPLY IT TO THE SERVICE! Their excuse? ?It?s been over a year?. NO ONE EVER MENTIONED THAT AT THE TIME OF THE ORIGINAL PAID VISIT. They said ?Whenever you?re ready to have the motor replaced? to call them to set it up.
