"Abhorrent! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Less than zero stars!! I had them come out to repair my refrigerator water dispenser motor. They quoted me $400 at the time and I said I would have to wait to do it. They charged me $75 to come out (unmentioned prior) and said that they will apply the $75 toward the repair of the refrigerator when I was ready. Well, today I was ready. I called them to set up an appointment to have it fixed. I mentioned that I was a customer of theirs and let them know I had paid the $75 fee and NOW they said they WOULD NOT APPLY IT TO THE SERVICE! Their excuse? ?It?s been over a year?. NO ONE EVER MENTIONED THAT AT THE TIME OF THE ORIGINAL PAID VISIT. They said ?Whenever you?re ready to have the motor replaced? to call them to set it up. Not only did the tech NEVER MENTION THIS, but when I called the day they came out TO CONTEST THE $75 FOR NOTHING FEE, she ALSO never mentioned 90 days or an expiration on the $75 fee!!! "I commissioned Gas Pro to redirect my gas pipe in order to install a new gas range. I spoke to the owner Rob , who advised me they could do the work after I gave him detailed information and video showing where the pipe was located. The installers came, advised the work was done and I questioned why wasn't the stove pushed back against the wall, which was why I intentionally commissioned them. The installers stated that's the best they could do and packed up and left. My contractors returned to my home and advised the installers didnt do anything. The pipes were still in the same spot. I spoke to the owner again, explaining the work was not done as I requested. His response was if you're expecting any money back, that's not going to happen. I explained I had to get someone else to do the job. He said you should've called me to do it. I did hire him to do a job, paid for a job, they came to my home, took my money and did not do the job I paid them for. DO NOT TRUST GAS PRO!!!!"
