Very pleasant tech. Explained issue to him and he was already a step ahead. Had brought parts he needed so no waiting. Working in my small laundry room was a challenge and he took extra care not to damage anything. Tested his work, answered my many questions. He was helpful with some simple suggestions for me. Cleaned up after his work, asked that I want a load in a day or so call if any problems. Works like a charm couldn't have had a better experience. So helpful, I highly recommend him to all.

Great service and they fixed it. Which was the lost important part. Works great we were afraid we had to buy a new one but it is working perfectly and he even followed up a day later to make sure the fridge cooled to the right temperature couldn’t ask for a better company
