She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! "I called this company to get a quote for carpet cleaning.  I got a voicemail but didn't leave a mesage.  A short while later I got a call back.  She was very nice and offered a price for carpet cleaning, which was very reasonable.  I had explained this was a vacant house we just closed on that my mom had bought and would be moving into.  She asked if it needed any cleaning (I had figured I would need to do that for mom so it didn't occur to ME to ask about it!)  I told her it DID need cleaning but I would be doing it.  She offered to come take a look and she'd give me a good price.  We met at the house later that afternoon (yesterday) and she gave me a very good price, so I agreed to it.  Her and her husband came back today to do the work, was on time, very professional, incredibly sweet people, and they did an OUTSTANDING job!  Very impressive!  (I am VERY anal retentive and my idea of clean is REALLY VERY CLEAN.  I was very pleased!)  In fact, I even gave them an additional $40 over the agreed price because I really felt that they earned it.  I would absolutely hands down use or refer them anytime for any of the services they perform.
