Mike and Rita came out and provided me with an estimate for all the things that I wanted done to my new condo.  They arrived daily on time and performed the tasks above in the order that they felt was the best use of their time.  Everything was done efficiently and professionally.  They were very polite and consulted me about any thing that they had a question on.
