We are a locally owned and operated company with over 20 years of industry experience. "Curtis is explained to me that our dryer vent did NOT need cleaning and pointed out that our dryer probably has a problem at 5 years of age. Evidently that is not uncommon these days. He only charged me a $30 service charge instead of the $125 fee for cleaning. What an honorable business man! "
