"Carlos did a fantastic job with my bathroom. He completely gutted it down to frame, removed drop ceiling and drywall & reinstalled a beautiful bathroom! He paid attention to the details and cleaned up daily. He was always available for questions. Highly recommend for any project and will definitely use him again for my master bedroom & bath."

"Dennis and his staff were here about an hour to blow in insulation from both access points in our garage and home closet. We have vaulted ceilings and he was able to fill the whole thing as well as replace batting missing near a skylight. We are very happy with their work. Recently bought a 30 year old condo and definitely needed more insulation added with a higher rating. Would recommend this company."

"I hired Dyverse Designs LLC for many projects including building an interior wall with a door and a closet separating living and office rooms, remodeling a bathroom, painting the whole interior of my condo, and other minor improvements. Brian Espat, the proprietor of the company, and his assistant Jose are professional and ethical contractors. I am extremely satisfied with their work. They not only did the projects to my satisfaction but also Brian gave me several suggestions for completing the projects at reasonable cost with quality material. The quality of the completed works in my condo has impressed my neighbors, which led to several projects in their condos by Brian. Brian will be my first contact for any of my future projects in my house. As a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Civil Engineering in the State of Florida, with no hesitation, I will recommend Brian for any minor or major projects in your homes. "Their professionalism and courteousness was outstanding. I had a new gate installed and I am very pleased with the finished product. With the exception of a handle not being placed on it for easy opening, it looks great!"

"How lucky l am to choose Marcello to build my shed! He was very conscientious and called the manufacturer for a question about the anchors. He stopped by Lowe’s to buy the right ones that he needed. He worked very hard with a partner for 5 hours. He went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Top quality guys and I definitely will be hiring them again."
On average, drywall installation costs $2,000, depending on the size, complexity, accessibility, and location of the job. The typical cost range is from about $400 to $6,000, which includes materials and labor. Additional cost factors include the thickness of the drywall, the shape and height of the room, and the level of finish. The level of finish ranges from only hanging the drywall to taping and mudding the seams between panels to painting the walls.
The best type of insulation for your home depends on what you need, so the answer will depend on your specific situation. If you’re building a house, structural panels are easy to install during the building process in addition to being the most energy efficient type. If you live in a warm climate, reflective insulation may benefit you more as it costs less than other insulation types. And for standard attics, loose-fill, spray foam, or blown-in insulation work well.
If you plan to heat or cool your garage, you’ll need to insulate the garage ceiling. Insulating your garage ceiling will make your garage much more energy efficient and save on heating and cooling costs. Not only does insulation make your garage more energy efficient, it helps reduce noise and can extend the life of your garage roof. You can use fiberglass, cellulose, mineral wool, or spray foam insulation for this project.
The cost to skim coat drywall is $1.15 to $1.35 per square foot. Most of the cost is labor, for the necessary skills to apply the skim coat with precision using high-quality tools. This is a job better left to the professionals for the best outcomes.
On average, insulating an attic costs about $2,500, ranging from $1,500 to $3,500, depending on the insulation type, amount, and your attic’s accessibility. Additional cost factors include sealing air leaks, removal or replacement of insulation, and inspections. Types of insulation include:
Blown-in: $1–$4 per square foot
Spray foam: $2–$5 per square foot
Batt: $2–$4 per square foot
Structural insulated panels: $4–$7 per square foot
Loose-fill: $2–$5 per square foot
Reflective: $0.50–$1.50 per square foot
